Online Translation Tracking Platform
Tectrans can offer a comprehensive online tracking platform to any new customers. This platform will allow you to track all translations we work on for you – both work in progress and completed work. You can track delivery times and word counts for current work in progress, and you can track invoicing information (PO numbers, word counts, values, invoice numbers and dates, etc.) for completed work.
It also features a full set of reports showing detailed information about invoices, values and word counts for any given date range, statistical information about delivery turnaround times, and a breakdown of languages covered and their distribution over any given time period.
You would be setup as a Manager on this system, meaning you can see all invoicing information and reports. If required, you can setup any number of your colleagues as either Managers or as Basic Users, who can see only the basic information about current and completed translations but do not have access to invoicing information and reports.
All users would have their own login details and you can control these.

FAQs
Will this platform cost me anything?
No. If we are providing you with translation work then we will be happy to set this system up for you at no cost, as part of the service.
How do I get access to this platform?
If you are already working with us, or if you are considering working with us, then all you need to do is tell us you would like access. We will setup your own instance of the platform, and will set you up with a Manager user account on it.
Just ask us by email or by phone, and we will do the rest.
What is required from me?
Nothing. We will supply you with a Manager user account, so you can login and see all information and reports. You can then use this to setup user accounts for any of your colleagues who might also need access.
You will then be able to see all of your past and current work in the new system.
Are any contracts or fixed agreements required?
No. We will set this up for you at your request, and we will leave it active for as long as you require.
We do not need any contracts, and there are no minimum term limits, and no requirement that you send us a certain amount of work each month or each year.
Who has access to this platform?
Only you and us. Tectrans will have an admin account on your system, so we can help with any questions, and you will be given a Manager account on it. This will allow you to setup any new accounts for anyone you wish.
So it is up to you who has access to it.
